Workshop - Beginner
Always wanted to write? Take the first step, no prior writing experience necessary. These sessions will focus on transposing a thought from your mind to the paper. I invite you to come and explore the possibilities in a relaxed zoom setting.

Workshop - Kids
Give your child the gift of imagining. Reading to children has shown me how much they enjoy poetry and rhyming! Sessions will focus, building each child's confidence in self-expression and creating paths to begin putting their thoughts into words in a supportive zoom setting.

Commision A Poem
Poem commissions started on the streets of New Orleans!
I was busking poetry with my bass player 'Albey onBass' in Jackson Sq. when I was approached by a newlywed couple on their honeymoon. They asked if I could perform a love poem for them. I free-styled a short piece on the fly and offered to write a custom poem to celebrate their love and rememer their time in New Orleans. That was the beginning or receiving requests for personalized poems for various functions; birthday parties, weddings, formal announcements, remembrance services, frienships, lovers, and yes a few "poison pen" request for break-ups!
A personal poem for any occasion provides a keepsake and a life long memory to cherish.

Intitial consultation is free, I will work with you to express the emotions and sentiments you wish to convey. Upon agreement a 50% deposit is made via PayPal or Venmo before the writing process begins. When you receive the draft and you will have 1 rewrite (if necessary) before final payment is made. Poems will then be available for downloading or mailed to you USPS.
