Her writing, recordings and artwork has been recognized by Boston Magazine, Boston globe, Boston Ledger, The Tab, NY Times, Good Housekeeping and multiple ezines and anthologies including The National Beat Poetry Foundation 2029 "20 "21 "22 "23 and "24.
Awards include the Cecil Taylor's Retrospective @ the Whitney Museum, All About Jazz best of 2016, The Bezine 100 Thousand Poets for Change Award for their website logo.
She was also director of interviews and podcasts for Word City Monthly "20 and "21.

Presents a monthly Word Jam! A space where 4 featured poets trade bars and share their love of poetry/spoken word. It is not a competition, it is an inspiration, not a slam, there are no time restrictions. When you have a passion for poetry and the spoken word, and the chemistry between poets connect, it can be transcending. Concluding with audience conversation the Word Jam is always inciteful and so much fun.

Avant-Garde Maestro Cecil Taylor's Retrospective @ the Whitney Museum, garnered All About Jazz best of 2016, Founder of the Nuyorican Poet's Cafe Miguel Algarin, Beat poet/political activist/founder of the White Panther party John Sinclair, multi-platinum HipHop musician/producer DJ Nastee.
She brings her spoken word poetry and music to a diverse set of venues including museums, festivals, libraries, lounges, art galleries, and clubs, as well as private living room concerts.

Experience private One-on-One zoom sessions for individualized coaching, support and dialogue. A time to ask questions and express opinions on writing and performing, a tête-à-tête in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Workshop - Beginner
Always wanted to write? Take the first step, no prior writing experience necessary. These sessions will focus on transposing a thought from your mind to the paper. I invite you to come and explore the possibilities in a relaxed zoom setting.

Workshop - Kids
Give your child the gift of imagining. Reading to children has shown me how much they enjoy poetry and rhyming! Sessions will focus, building each child's confidence in self-expression and creating paths to begin putting their thoughts into words in a supportive zoom setting.

Commision A Poem
Personal Pieces
Personal Poetic commissions with or without a bespoke Collage Card started on the streets of New Orleans when I was approached by a newlywed couple on their honeymoon. I free-styled a short piece on the fly and offered to write a custom piece to celebrate their love and remember their time in New Orleans. Commissions include a wide spectrum of requests; birthday parties, weddings, formal announcements, corporate statements, remembrance services, frienships, lovers, and yes a few "poison pen" request for break-ups!
A personal poem for any occasion provides a keepsake and a life long memory to cherish.
